Here is a list of answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we have received from customers:

Do you have a store where I can try stuff on before purchasing?

Unfortunately not. We recently closed our retail store which was located in Cape Town and currently trade online only. We occasionally trade at pop up markets in and around Cape Town, keep an eye on our Instagram page for details on our next markets!

 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Door-to-Door shipping takes 2-3 days and your order gets delivered straight in your hands. Please note that someone must be at the shipping address to sign for the parcel when it is delivered, so it is recommended to choose a location like your workplace and only to choose your home address if there is someone home at all times. Please note that the time period provided here is estimated only.

How long after placing my order will I receive a tracking number?

We try our best to ship an order within 2 business days after it has been paid for, however it can take more than 2 business days hours for your order to be shipped. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days, please email us because it may be that our team was unable to send your tracking number to you on time.

Please note that you must double check the product description whether the item is "Made to Order" which means that it will take up to one week before your order is shipped, because your order will only be produced after you have placed your order. No refunds will be given on any Made to Order items that were purchased because the customer was not aware of this delay.

Where do you source your clothes from?

A magician never reveals their tricks, however we can tell you that our vintage clothing is all sourced in South Africa as well as most of our brand new clothing is produced right here in Cape Town, by us! Our jewellery and a small amount of our new clothing is sourced overseas. Please read the full product description when purchasing a product, as we will not refund or accept exchanges for any orders placed where the customer has not read the full description.

How do I pay for an item?

You can either pay with a credit/debit card, via EFT. Please note that EFT payments take up to 3 days to reflect in our account and that your order will only be processed once payment in received in our account. We recommend using an Instant Payment option when making an EFT payment.

I have received my order and it doesn't fit/is damaged/I have changed my mind. What now?

If your order is not the right size you are welcome to return it to us, using the same shipping method. Once we have received the item from you and have ensured that it is not damaged and has not been worn, we will send you a different size. Refunds will only be given if the item is damaged or broken when it reaches you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping the new item back to you if the item is damaged or if we have sent you the wrong item, in which case we will also refund you for the cost of shipping the incorrect/damaged item back to us. If you have ordered the incorrect size, colour or design of any item and wish to exchange it, you are responsible for the cost of shipping both ways.
